Refund Policy

All NeoEditFX products are digital downloads. Because digital products can be used immediately upon delivery and cannot be “returned,” our refund policy differs from physical goods.
1. General Policy
All sales of digital products are final once the download link has been delivered. We encourage you to review product descriptions, compatibility requirements, and preview content carefully before purchasing.

2. Exceptions
We may issue a refund at our discretion if:
- The product is materially defective , it does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.
- Duplicate purchase, you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
- Download failure, you were unable to access or download the product, and we cannot resolve the issue.
Refunds are not provided for: change of mind, failure to read product descriptions, incompatibility with software versions not listed as supported, or inability to use the product due to lack of skill or experience.
3. Full Stack Bundle
Once any product from the Full Stack Bundle has been downloaded, the entire Bundle purchase is non-refundable. If you experience issues with a specific product within the Bundle, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
4. EU Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal from online purchases. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium:
- By completing your purchase and agreeing to immediate delivery at checkout, you give your explicit prior consent to begin delivery of the digital content immediately.
- You acknowledge that by consenting to immediate delivery, you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered.
If you did not receive the product or it was not delivered, your right of withdrawal remains intact.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@neoeditfx.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Approved refunds are processed through Fourthwall (our payment processor) and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to work with you to resolve any problems. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account and license being suspended.
