Copyright & DMCA Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
Every NeoEditFX product, including all plugins, presets, effects, templates, fuses, macros, source files, project files, names, branding, graphics, and accompanying materials (the “Products”), is the original work and exclusive intellectual property of Victor Grubbe / NeoEditFX (the “Owner”), protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We take copyright extremely seriously. Our Products are the result of thousands of hours of original work, and we actively monitor for and pursue theft, piracy, and unauthorized distribution to the fullest extent available to us.
1. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Products remain with the Owner at all times. Purchasing a Product grants you a limited license to use it under our License Agreement (EULA). It does not transfer ownership, copyright, or any right to copy, distribute, or resell the Products.
2. What is strictly prohibited
Unless you have explicit written permission from the Owner, you may not do any of the following with any Product, whether modified or unmodified, in whole or in part:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, trade, or give away the Product files.
- Upload, re-upload, mirror, or share the Products on any website, forum, marketplace, cloud drive, Discord, Telegram, torrent, or file-sharing service.
- Share, sell, or publish your purchase, download links, or account access so that others can obtain the Products.
- Include the Products, or any part of them, in another pack, bundle, template, preset, or product, whether free or paid.
- Claim the Products as your own work, remove or alter any branding, copyright notices, or watermarks, or pass them off under another name.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or repackage the Products in order to redistribute them.
Each license is for one individual person only. The full terms of use are set out in the License Agreement.
3. Enforcement
Unauthorized copying or distribution of the Products is copyright infringement and software piracy. We actively pursue it. Depending on the situation, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Issue DMCA takedown notices to the host, platform, marketplace, search engine, or payment provider involved.
- Report the infringing accounts and have them removed or terminated.
- Permanently revoke your license and access to the Products and to future updates, with no refund.
- Pursue all available legal remedies, including claims for damages and legal costs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Report stolen or pirated NeoEditFX Products
If you have seen our Products being shared, resold, or distributed without permission, please tell us. Reports are confidential and genuinely appreciated. Email contact@neoeditfx.com with the link or location of the infringing material and any details you have, and we will act on it quickly.
5. DMCA takedown notice (your copyright)
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that content on a NeoEditFX property infringes a copyright that you own or control, you may send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent at contact@neoeditfx.com. To be effective, your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail and a URL or location for us to find it.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Counter-notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to contact@neoeditfx.com containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction.
7. Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we will disable or terminate the licenses and accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
